Devil Spell membership is a one-time payment of $88 USD. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Once your payment is processed and membership access is granted, no refunds will be issued, in whole or in part, except where required by applicable law.
Membership grants immediate, permanent access to private content, discussions, and community spaces. Because this access cannot be "returned" once granted, we do not offer refunds — this keeps the founding-seat cap meaningful for every member who joins.
Membership grants access for as long as the Community remains active. This is not a subscription; there is no recurring charge, and no ongoing payment is required to retain access.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate termination of your membership and access.
Where required by law in your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
