These Terms govern your access to and use of Devil Spell (the "Community"), a private paid membership operated by Devil Spell ("we," "us"). By purchasing membership, you agree to these Terms.
Membership is granted upon successful one-time payment of $888 USD through our payment processor, Whop. Membership is capped at 10,000 founding seats. Once the cap is reached, no further founding memberships will be issued.
Membership grants access to the Community for as long as the Community remains active. This is not a subscription and does not renew or recur.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Please see our No-Refund Policy for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase membership. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Members agree to engage respectfully with other members. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, illegal activity, or conduct that endangers other members, without refund.
Devil Spell is a space for discussion, reading, and community around occult and dark-spirituality interests. Content shared within the Community is for informational and community purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
We may modify features, channels, or the structure of the Community over time. Membership guarantees continued access to the Community as it exists, not to any specific feature remaining unchanged forever.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms, without refund.
The Community is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Community.
